PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff’s motion to amend order of reversal (69 N. Y. Supp. 88) granted. Defendant’s motion granted to the extent of inserting in the order of reversal a recital to the effect that on the argument leave was granted to her to submit as part of her brief the bill of particulars. Order resettled accordingly, without costs.
