PER CURIAM.

Ordered, that the order herein be amended nunc pro tune so as to read as follows, viz.: β€œIt is hereby ordered and adjudged that the judgment and order so appealed from be, and the same are hereby, reversed, and new trial ordered upon questions of law only; the appellate division having examined the facts and found no error therein."
