For the reasons stated in the opinion in United Press et al. v. A. S. Abell Co. (herewith handed down) 84 N. Y. Supp. 426, the order appealed from should be reversed, with $10 costs and disbursements, and the motion to vacate the attachment denied, with $10 costs.
