dissents, on the ground that plaintiff failed to establish freedom of her intestate from contributory négligence, on the authority of Young v. N. Y., L. E. & W. R. Co., 107 N. Y. 500; 14 N. E. 434, and Reed v. Met. St. Ry. Co., 180 N. Y. 315, 73 N. E. 41.
