Order of the Municipal Court reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and judgment modified by striking out the provision therein “ on the merits,” and as modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Woodward, Jenks, Hooker, Gaynor and Rich, JJ., concurred.
