Judgment of the Municipal Court reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the dedision is against the weight of evidence. Ho opinion. Jenks, Hooker, Gaynor and Rich, JJ., concurred ; Miller, J., concurred on the ground that there was error in the exclusion of evidence.
