Per Curiam: :

The order appealed from should he reversed on the ground that it does not appear that the expenses of the trial and appeals were incurred solely or principally on account of the attachment. The order should be reversed, with ten dollars costs and- disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs. Present — Ingraham, McLaughlin, Clarke, Houghton and Scott, JJ.
