Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, upon the ground that the award for services on December twenty-first, January seventh and eighteenth are excessive, unless within twenty days plaintiff stipulate to reduce the judgment to the sum of §954.07, in which event the judgment as modified is affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party. Woodward, Burr, Thomas and Rich, JJ., concurred; Hirschberg, P. J., dissented.
