*920— Judgment of the Municipal Court reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, upon the ground that the writing shows that the principal, Imatra I, was disclosed as the principal contracting, and that the defendants each executed the paper in his capacity as member of the committee, and hence as the agent of Imatra I. Jenks, P. J., Thomas, Carr, Woodward and Rich, JJ., concurred.
