Per Curiam:

As the temporary injunction appealed from does nothing more than to preserve the status quo pending the trial, the order appealed from will be affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, without *884expressing any opinion on the merits, or as to whether the plaintiff is entitled to any relief.
