PER CURIAM.

Judgment and order of the Municipal Court reversed, and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, on the ground that plaintiff has not shown freedom from contributory negligence. See Volosko v. Interurban Street Railway Co., 190 N. Y. 206, 82 N. E. 1090, 15 L. R. A. (N. S.) 1117. See, also, 139 App. Div. 915, 123 N. Y. Supp. 1151.
