Per Curiam:

The verdict is so clearly against the weight of the evidence that we cannot permit it to stand. The judgment and order should be reversed and a new trial ordered, with costs to appellants to abide the event. Present—Ingraham, P. J., McLaughlin, Laughlin, Scott and Dowling, JJ.
