PER CURIAM.

Motion granted, on condition that defendants file a bond in the sum of $25,000, or, in the alternative, deposit to the credit of the action $12,000, and in addition deposit on the 1st day of each month the sum of $4,000, perfect the appeal, place the case on the June calendar, and be ready for argument when reached; otherwise, motion denied, with t!0 costs.
