Action by John Galley against William Brennan. No opinion. Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, with costs to appellant to abide event. Held, that the verdict of the jury is against the weight of the evidence upon the question of probable cause. See, also, 156 App. Div. 443, 141 N. Y. Supp. 991. Kruse, P. J., dissents and votes for affirmance.
