Palmer v. Dunkirk Printing Co.
Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York · Decided December 15, 1916
176 A.D. 897
Palmer v. Dunkirk Printing Co.

Opinion of the Court

Interlocutory judgment and order reversed, with ten dol-

lars costs and disbursements, and demurrer overruled, with ten dollars costs, with leave to the defendant to plead over within twenty days upon payment of the costs of the motion and of this appeal. Held, that each of the first and sixth causes of action set forth in the complaint states facts from which a jury might find that the defendant accused the plaintiff of the commission of a crime. All concurred.
