179 A.D. 881
People v. Stapler

Opinion of the Court

Per Curiam:

We have examined this record with great care, and while there are certain errors, we are satisfied that they are of such a nature that they may be disregarded under section 542 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in view of the fact that in our opinion the evidence clearly establishes the guilt of the defendant. The judgment and orders appealed from are, therefore, affirmed. Present — Clarke, P. J., Dowling, Smith, Page and Shearn, JJ. Judgment and orders affirmed.
