Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, with costs to abide the event, upon the ground that the ease was for the jury, both on the question of defendant’s negligence dnd plaintiff’s contributory negligence. Jenks, P. J., Rich, Blaekmar, Kelly and Jaycox, JJ., concur.
