Whether or not the plaintiff by her remarriage has submitted to the jurisdiction of the Georgia court and accepted its decree, stiff at the date of that decree there was alimony due from the appellant under the judgment of the Supreme Court justifying the appointment of a receiver under section 1772 of the Code of Civil Procedure: Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. Jenks, P. J., Mills, Putnam, Blaekmar and Kelly, JJ., concur.
