Order reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion granted, with ten dollars costs. Paragraphs 3, 4, 5 and 19 [of the complaint] stricken out, and the following clause from paragraph 9: “in a form prepared and printed by the defendants Samuel Salvin, Park Auto Exchange, Inc., and Emanuel Eichner.” Jenks, P.
