Low v. Magruder

Low v. Magruder
Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York · Decided July 15, 1921
198 A.D. 944
Low v. Magruder

Opinion of the Court

Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Blackmar, P. J., Rich, Kelly and Manning, JJ., concur; Mills, J., dissents upon the ground that, under the circumstances, for the plaintiff to characterize his experience in being convicted and sent to the Elmira Reformatory when a young man as a youthful indiscretion, was not a false representation.
