Order modified so as to direct payment of the amount fixed as the reasonable value of the use and occupation of the premises from January 11, 1921: and as so modified affirmed, without costs, upon authority of Olive v. Levy (201 App. Div. 262), decided herewith. Blackmar, P. J., Rich, Jayeox, Manning and Kelby, JJ., concur.
