Dougherty v. Salt

Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs, upon authority of Dougherty v. Salt (227 N. Y. 200). The additional evidence produced by the plaintiff upon the new trial is entirely cumulative in character, and in no way adds probative force to the question of consideration. Present — Blackmar, P.
