Slomowitz v. Mutual Life Insurance

Judgment modified in accordance with opinion per curiam in Slomowitz v. Mutual Life Ins. Co. (ante, p. 876), decided herewith, and as so modified unanimously affirmed, with costs. So much of finding No. 16 made at defendant’s request as finds that the plaintiff had knowledge of the alleged insolvency of her deceased husband prior to the filing of the petition in bankruptcy is reversed as contrary to the evidence.
