Opinion of the Court

Order modified to the extent of providing that the plaintiff may have until May fifteenth next in which to conclude the examination; that at least two sessions of the reference be held each week; and that within five days from the conclusion of the reference he make and file definite and certain objections to the account. As so modified, the order is affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Kelly, P. J., Jaycox, Manning, Young and Kapper, JJ., concur.
