Order of the County Court of Bangs county denying plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment on the pleadings, and to strike out defendant’s answer as sham and frivolous, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Kelly, P. J., Rich, Manning, Young and Kapper, JJ., concur.
