Stevens v. Spring Brook Cheese Factory

Award reversed and claim dismissed, with,costs against the State Industrial Board, on the ground that claimant was the employee not of the Spring Brook Cheese Factory, but of Henry W. Stevens, an independent contractor. All concur.
