Order modified by striking from the paragraphs marked “la,” “ 2a,” “ 3a ” and “ 4a,” the words “ date of the examination of the defendant,” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “ date of the expiration of the original contract,” and as so modified affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to the respondent.
