Worth v. Ebinger Baking Co.

Judgment dismissing complaint reversed upon the law and the facts and a new trial granted, costs to appellant to abide the event. In our opinion, under the circumstances related by plaintiff, the placing of soapy water on the floor with a mop at the spot where plaintiff was just about to cross, raised a question of fact for the jury on the negligence of the defendant, which is the only question presented on this appeal.
