J., Merrell, Finch, McAvoy and Proskauer, JJ.; Proskauer, J., dissents in part, on the ground that the order should be modified by limiting the scope of the examination to property of the judgment debtor in possession of the third party and indebtedness from the third party to the judgment debtor. The date for the examination to proceed to be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice.
