Opinion of the Court

A stay pending appeal is granted of the order entered May 15,1929, which denies plaintiff’s motion to put the ease over the term. A stay pending appeal is granted of that part of the order entered May 24, 1929, which allows an amendment of defendant’s answer and continues the trial to September 9, 1929, and also of that part of said order which increases the alimony to $200 per week. The motions for a stay are otherwise denied. Present — Sears, P. J., Taylor, Edgcomb, Thompson and Crosby, JJ.
