—Order denying motion to make amended complaint more definite and certain and to dismiss second and third causes of action modified so as to provide that the third cause of action is dismissed, and as so modified affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to appellants jointly. (Hendrix v. Manhattan Beach Development Co., 181 App. Div. 111.) Lazansky, P. J., Rich, Young, Seeger and Scudder, JJ., concur.
