Opinion of the Court

Judgment affirmed, with costs, on the ground that the defendant’s negligence, if any, was not a contributing cause of the accident. All concur, Edgcomb, J., upon the further ground and Taylor, J., in result only, upon the sole ground that plaintiff’s cause of action, if any, was defeated by her marriage with the defendant after the beginning of the action and before the trial. Present — Sears, P. J., Taylor, Edgcomb, Thompson and Crosby, JJ.
