Order so far as appealed from modified so as to allow defendant to examine plaintiff’s president as to items 17, 18, 19 and 20 of defendant’s motion for examination before trial, and in all other respects affirmed, with costs to the defendant. No opinion. Verified bill of particulars to be served within ten days from service of order. The date for the examination to proceed to be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice.
