Motion to dismiss appeal denied, without prejudice to a renewal upon argument of the main appeal, upon condition that appellants perfect the appeal for the January, 1931, term (for which term the ease is set down) and be ready for argument when reached; otherwise, motion granted, with ten dollars costs.
