Motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals granted and the following question certified: “ Was the petitioner-appellant entitled in this proceeding to have distribution made by the Chamberlain of the City of New York of the entire sum (with interest) originally deposited to the credit of this action, representing the remainder at the termination of the life estate of Annette M. Hallenbeck? ” Present — Lazansky, P. J., Young, Scudder, Tompkins and Davis, JJ. [See ante, p. 780.]
