In re the Judicial Settlement of the Account of Proceedings of Manufacturers Trust Co.

Decree of the Surrogate’s Court of Queens county in so far as it awards $350 to David M. Wolff and the same amount to John Kindred Gillette for their services as special guardians modified so as to provide that the allowance to each be reduced to the sum of $200, and as so modified unanimously affirmed, without costs. In our opinion the amount as reduced is a reasonable compensation for their services. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Kapper, Carswell, Seudder and Tompkins, JJ.
