Action upon an undertaking resulting in a money judgment in favor of the plaintiff and adjudging that plaintiff have a lien on certain real property and directing that the said property be sold to satisfy the said lien. Order granting plaintiff’s motion for judgment on the pleadings and judgment entered thereon unanimously affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Young, Carswell, Seudder and Tompkins, JJ.
