Order granting plaintiff’s motion for examination before trial of defendant unanimously modified by eliminating from items 6 and 12 those parts commencing, “ and whether the said picture was widely sold,” and continuing to the end of those items, and the whole of item 13, and as so modified affirmed, without costs.
