Lavarre v. Warner Bros. Pictures, Inc.

Action to recover the reasonable value of services alleged to have been performed by plaintiff at defendant’s request in connection with the preparation and writing of certain motion picture stories alleged to have been accepted by defendant. Order denying defendant’s motion for summary judgment unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Martin, P.
