National Bondholders Corp. v. Joyce

Order denying motion of defendant-appellant, appearing specially, to vacate an order for substituted service of the summons upon said defendant, and to set aside the service of the summons pursuant to said order, unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements, with leave to the defendant-appellant to answer within ten days after service of order upon payment of said costs.
