Order reversed on the law, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs, on the authority of Cooper v. Village of Brockport (ante, p. 571), decided October 10, 1935. Ah concur. (The order granted a motion for oral examination before trial in an action to recover damages for injuries sustained by breaking of a link in a swing in a city playground.) Present — Sears, P.
