Opinion of the Court

In an action brought by the plaintiffs, respectively wife and husband, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the wife in falling on a stairway in the home of the defendant, and to recover damages sustained by the husband for loss of his wife’s services, judgment for costs in favor of defendant, entered on the dismissal of the complaint at the close of plaintiffs’ case, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Young, Carswell, Davis, Adel and Taylor, JJ.
