Decree affirmed, with costs. All concur, except Crosby, J., who dissents and votes for reversal and the granting of letters of administration to the appellant. (The decree denies an application for letters of administration and directs their issuance to two sisters of decedent.) Present — Sears, P. J., Edgcomb, Thompson, Crosby and Lewis, JJ.
