People ex rel. Waldorf-Astoria Realty Corp. v. Goldfogle

Appeals from orders of the Special Term of the Supreme Court, New York county, confirming assessments made by defendants for the years 1925,1926,1927, 1928 and 1929, respectively, on certain real property of the relator and dismissing writs of certiorari, after trial of proceedings by writs of certiorari. Orders unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., Townley, Glennon, Untermyer and Dore, JJ.
