Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously reversed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements, and the motion for an examination before trial as an adverse party of defendant’s assignor, Fairbanks-Morse Home Appliances, Inc., by Addison Brown, its former sales manager, denied.
