On appeal from order denying motion to dismiss the complaint in an action seeking to restrain the alienation of property by a husband as in fraudulent violation of an ante-nuptial agreement, and to restore property already conveyed, order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, with leave to answer within ten days from the entry of the order hereon.
