Order granting plaintiff’s motion to confirm the original and supplemental reports of a referee and granting the plaintiff leave to enter a deficiency judgment, and order denying the appealing defendant’s motion to reject the reports of the referee, or, in the alternative, to vacate the judgment of foreclosure and sale, unanimously affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements.
