Baddour v. City of Long Beach

In an action for a declaratory judgment declaring that the defendant’s Zoning Ordinance does not prevent the use of the plaintiff’s property in a Residence A District as a boarding or rooming house, and for an injunction restraining the defendant from interfering with such use, judgment in favor of the defendant, dismissing the complaint, unanimously affirmed, with costs.
