Trantum v. Order of United Commercial Travelers of America

Judgment and order reversed on the facts and a new trial granted, with costs to the appellant to abide the event, on the ground that the finding of the jury to the effect that the death of the insured was not due to a violation of a law was against the weight of the evidence. All concur. (The judgment is for plaintiff is an action under an accident insurance certificate. The order denies a motion for a new trial on the minutes.) Present —■ Sears, P.
