People v. Brady

Judgment of conviction of the two defendants, rendered on the verdict of a jury, of the crime of unlawfully printing, publishing and distributing an obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, indecent and disgusting newspaper — ten counts — unanimously affirmed.
